why is my ad stuck in review?

why is my ad stuck in review?

Why does an ad stay in Telegram’s review for a long time?!
In this post, we’ll see why Telegram sometimes doesn’t review certain ads immediately and keeps them in the review queue.
How does Telegram review ads?

First, let’s take a look at how Telegram reviews our ads.
In the first step, Telegram uses its AI bots to review ads. These bots check the content of your channel or bot to see if it complies with Telegram’s advertising and content rules.

However, sometimes these bots may have difficulty understanding or determining the nature of your business and how you make money. In such cases, instead of sending you an approval or rejection, they forward your ad request to Telegram’s human review team.
Here’s where it gets interesting, the time it takes for a human review is much longer than AI review — and if the human review queue is too long, your ad
might not even reach them for several days, making the process very slow.

So, what should we do to prevent this from happening to our ads?!
This is a common question: How can we ensure our ad gets approved directly by AI instead of going to the human review team?
The answer is, we must first understand exactly what the bot checks and reviews.
Telegram’s AI reviews the following:
Profile picture of the channel/bot
Name of the channel/bot
Description (bio/info) of the channel/bot
The last few posts of the channel

Profile Picture: Must be a high-quality image. The subject of the picture doesn’t matter much, but quality is important for Telegram.
Profile Name: The name should make sense when translated so the bot can understand the connection between your name and your activity. Avoid using emojis, stickers, or punctuation marks in your channel name (in most cases, such names don’t get approved).
Description (bio/info): This section is for introducing your business or the main focus of your channel/bot. Just like the name, it should make sense when translated. Write complete sentences.
Last Few Posts: Finally, the bot checks what your recent posts are sharing. If your posts cover various unrelated topics and it’s unclear what your main activity is, the ad may be sent to human review.

(Note: All the above elements must be consistent and related to each other.)

If you make these elements clear and consistent, your ad will not be sent to the human review team.

I recommend checking my other posts to improve your understanding of advertising on Telegram’s ad platform.
